Frequently Asked Questions
Everything an out-of-state buyer wants to know about building a Lowcountry home with us.
Can you help if I am building in the Lowcountry but live out of state?
Yes. Working with out-of-state buyers is what we specialize in. We design your home, render every room in photoreal detail with real furniture you approve online, and we are physically on site to coordinate your builder, so you do not have to travel for every decision.
What is a builder liaison?
A builder liaison is a designer who speaks construction. We coordinate directly with your builder on finishes, fixtures, and timing so your design intent survives the build and costly misalignments are caught early.
How do AI renderings work?
We create photoreal renderings of each room using real, sourceable furniture and finishes. You review and approve each room before anything is ordered, so you see your home fully furnished before it is built. No guesswork and no surprises on install day.
What is home watch?
Home watch is a concierge service that keeps an eye on your Lowcountry home while you are away. We make regular visits, coordinate and meet maintenance vendors, and catch small issues before they become big ones. It is not rental or property management.
Do you work with my builder?
Yes. We collaborate with your chosen builder as your design partner and on-site advocate, translating design decisions into construction reality and keeping the project on track.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the South Carolina Lowcountry and coastal Georgia: Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah, including communities like Palmetto Bluff.
When should I bring you in?
As early as possible, ideally before you break ground. The cheapest changes happen on paper, and early design input on the floor plan, kitchen, and lighting saves money and regret later.
How much does it cost?
Every project is scoped to your home and goals, so cost varies. We will walk you through options and pricing on a free discovery call, from a single-room rendering package to a full remote build managed end to end.
