A flexible approach, with enough time to do it well. Bluff & Bay works at a straightforward hourly rate of $150. New client projects typically begin with a 25-hour retainer and a minimum 40-hour design engagement.
“How do you assist during the build process?”
Kary speaks builder language. Having built several custom homes herself, she bridges the gaps between build decisions that affect furniture, layout, and decor, planning both sides to prevent costly mistakes along the way.
“How do I know it will actually look right?”
You see it before you buy it. 2D floorplans with accurate room dimensions, then rendered images of your own rooms, approved before a single item is purchased.
